About Heliovue

Heliovue is a solar thermal inspection platform built by 4Tech RealVision (4tech.us). Andriy Selyutin is the product owner and lead.

4Tech RealVision is based in Franklin, Tennessee. Heliovue helps drone pilots and inspection teams review compatible DJI thermal and RGB solar datasets.

Work on Heliovue began in 2026.

Why I’m building Heliovue

I’m Andriy Selyutin. I’ve flown commercial thermal inspections. The flight is only part of the job: the images still need to become findings you can explain and a report you can stand behind.

I’m building Heliovue to bring mapping, candidate evidence, and a review-ready PDF into one workflow for pilots and small inspection teams. The inspector’s review stays part of the process.

From a solar flight to evidence you can review

The beta produces georeferenced RGB and thermal maps, candidate hotspots and PID-like thermal patterns, source evidence where available, and an IEC 62446-3-styled inspection PDF. An inspector must review the evidence and limitations before sharing the findings.

See how a solar flight becomes an inspection report and the maps, source evidence, and review tools.
